Our Instructors

Welcome to Muskegon CPL!

MuskegonCPL is a family business that primarily focuses on firearm education and the use of deadly force. We have been in business since 2002 when the laws first changed in Michigan to a “Shall Issue” state for concealed pistol licenses.

Joe & April Lucht: We are your instructors! Our primary certification is through MCRGO in Pistol and Advanced Pistol. We are also both certified through the NRA in Basic Pistol and PPITH. Joe is additionally certified to teach PPOTH and Saber Red Pepper spray classes.
April and I both enjoy IDPA, hunting, fishing, camping and kayaking.
